Amazing, quick service!! I got a flat tire and they were so quick to help me out. They even got a tow truck to come pick me up and no additional cost. Very friendly service and amazing price! Didn’t try upselling at all!! Would do business with them again 10/10

Very grateful for all the Awesome Guys @ BBT&S on Burnet Road! They took care of our Suburban window and got us back on the road safely. Everyone at this shop has their customers’ best interest in mind. They tell you the truth and have the best rates and service in town!

I visited yesterday originally for an oil change, and ended up doing something with my coolant as well (I have zero knowledge when it comes to cars so take that assessment with a grain of salt). I wish I had asked for their names because they were so wonderful, quick, and helpful. The woman I was speaking with and handling the transaction went over the top to accommodate me. I usually take the time to gather trash and such things in my car while getting an oil change, and she offered to throw it all away for me! She had curly hair and was wearing a super bad t-shirt 🤣 there were two men working on my vehicle and they were super nice as well, one of them even got me a cold water! One guy with short hair and the other with long curly hair. I hope they get the recognition they deserve, truly treating customers with respect and offering patience throughout the visit. As far as the price, I would say very reasonable. Like I said, zero clue on the topic of cars, but it was definitely cheaper than other places I’ve been to. That being said, as a young woman it’s easy to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and up charge me (which has been done before) just because they can. But they we

Awesome service with great people. Setting up the appointment and all is a breeze. So was bringing in the car and checking in. Prompt, courteous and friendly folks. Though the address reads Burnet Rd, the customer parking and entrance is off of Rich Creek Rd. The place is at the corner of Burnet Rd and Rich Creek Rd. Just be aware as Google maps may lead you into the exit way of the garage.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I took my Buick in to get the fuel pump replaced and upon further inspection the fuse box short circuited and needed to be replaced as well. THEY JERRYRIGGED THE FUSES TO HAVE THE FUEL PUMP ON AND RUNNING 24/7. This has cost 1300$+ fo repair so far my car almost caught fire while I was at work. I needed my car for a trip to HYX for a court hearing over a crime committed under my name by stolen identity I don’t have time for this bs. Not to mention when I went to pick up my car they had me standing there for 5+ mins before they asked what I was there for, and then when they handed me my keys they went right back to what they were doing without telling me where my car was, if I hadn’t been in such a hurry to make it to work I probably would have heard the fuel pump running before I’d ever even started the car. Imagine if I’d been driving to Houston and my backseat had caught fire, they’re lucky I don’t sue.
